ZONING AMENDmeNT ORDINANCE Z-83-24 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> i. That a portion of the Zoning ~ap attached to <br />and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential <br />R-75, the property described in the petition for Zoning <br />Amendment No. Z-83-24, is hereby amended and changed so <br />as to show said property zoned as Office/Residential OR-75-K <br />(Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as Tax Map 329, Parcel 41, and has been designated <br />as~3708 Turnpike Road. Said parcel contains a single family <br />residence on a 16,500 square foot lot. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-83-24 is conditioned <br />~upon the following: <br /> <br /> (a) The property shall be used as a residence <br />and/or a residence and beauty shop with-such personal service <br />conducted within the principal residence by a person residing <br />therefn. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />at a meeting held January 10, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
