AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIa, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 31-103, 31-104 OF ARTICLE II <br />OF CHAPTER 31 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO THE PORTSMOUTH FIRE AND <br />POLICE RETIREMENT SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 31-103 and 31-104 of Article II of <br />Chapter 31 of ~he Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 31-103. To administer system. <br /> <br /> The system shall be administered by the board of trustees <br />of the Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System, as establish- <br />ed by Section 31-213. <br /> <br /> Section 31-104. Compensation of men, ers. <br /> <br /> Each member of the board shall receive the same compen- <br /> sation as provided in Section 31-214. <br /> <br /> 2.
