AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $65,.000. FRO~ THE C~PITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND TO ACCOMPLISH THE NECESSARY ENGINEERING FOR FAIRVIEW <br />HEIGHTS DRAINAGE, TRUXTUN DRAINAGE, AND SIMONSDALE DRAINAGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty'Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($65,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund toaccomplish the necessary <br />engineering for Fairview Heights drainage, Truxtun drainage, <br />and Simonsdale drainage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held November 13, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
