ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-84-12 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to'and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Commercial C-1-K (Conditional) <br />the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-84-12, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this Ordinance is described <br />as.follows: <br /> <br />Z-84-12 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the east right-of-way of Fifth <br />Street 120'+ south from its intersection with <br />Madison Stre--et; thence east 120'+; thence north <br />30'+; thence east 30'+; thence south 150'+; thence <br />west 150' + to the eas--t right-of-way of F~fth <br />Street; thence north 120' to the Point of Origin. <br />This property being designated as Tax Map 23, <br />Parcel 58. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-84-12 is conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br /> (a) The property shall be used as a parking lot and <br />the improvements thereon shall be limited to that use; <br /> <br /> (b) The property shall be graded, surfaced and land- <br />scaped in the maDner prescribed by the City Code pertaining to <br />parking lots. <br /> <br /> 4. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-78~22 adopted by <br />th~ Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting <br />held July 10, 1979 (Ordinance No. 1979-83) is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held September 25, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
