(C) The driver of a motor vehicle involved in any <br />accident of which report must be made shall execute in deta±l <br />that portion of the 'accident report relating to the certification <br />of insurance or bond if there was in effect at the time of <br />the accident with respect to the motor vehicle involved: <br /> <br /> (1) A standard provisions automobile liability policy <br />in form approved by the state corporation co/m~ission and <br />issued by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in <br />this state or, if the motor vehicle was not registered in <br />this state or was a motor vehicle which was registered elsewhere <br />than in this state at the effective date of the policy, or <br />at its most recent renewal, an automobile liability policy <br />acceptable to that commission as substantially the equivalent <br />of a standard provisions automobile liability policy; provided, <br />in either event, that every such automobile liability policy <br />is subject to the limits provided in Oode of Virginia Section <br />46.1-504. <br /> <br /> (2) Any other form of liability insurance policy issued <br />by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in this <br />state or by a bond; provided that every such policy or bond <br />mentioned herein is subject to a limit, exclusive of <br />interest and costs, of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) <br />because of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one <br />accident and~ subject to that limit for one person, to a <br />limit of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) because of <br />bodily injury to or death of two (2) or more persons in any <br />one accident and to a limit of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) <br />because of injury to or destruction of property of others in <br />any one accident. <br /> <br />Section 23-336. <br /> <br />Playing on streets or highways; roller skates, <br />toys or o~her devices on wheels or runners; <br />persons riding bicycles, etc., not to attach <br />to vehicles. <br /> <br /> (a) No person shall play on a highway or street, other than <br />upon the sidewalks thereof, within the city. No person shall use <br />on a highway or street where play is prohibited~ roller skates, <br />toys or other devices on wheels or runners, except bicycles, <br />mopeds, and motorcycles. The city manager may designate areas <br />on highways or streets where play is prohibited in which persons <br />may be permitted to use roller skates, toys or other devices <br />on wheels or runners, and, if such highways or streets have <br />two (2) traffic lanes, such persons Using such devices, except <br />bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles, shall keep as near as <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
