AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH,
<br />1973, AS A~'~ENDED, B~ AMENDING SECTIONS 21-13, 21-65, 21-69,
<br />21-109, 21-129, 21-131, 21-132, 21-141, 21-144, 21-145,
<br />21-147.. 21-148, 21-149, AND 21-161, PERTAINING TO MISCELLANEOUS
<br />CRIMINAL OFFENSES. -

<br />and 21-161 be amended and reordained to read.as follows:
<br />

<br /> demeanor shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. However,
<br /> any:person convmcted of attempting to commit a misdemeanor
<br /> under this article or under the Drug Control Act for which a
<br /> lessor punishment may be imposed ma~ be punished according
<br />. tO such lesser Penalty.~ ~ ~ :

<br /> Section 2i-65[ 'N°~f0r~le 'c&rnal ~owledgeof child.
<br />
<br /> If any person carn~l'ly knows, without the use of force,
<br /> a Child thirteen years of age or older but under fifteen
<br /> years of' age, with the consent of such child, and the accused
<br /> be a minor, and such consenting child is less %han three years
<br /> the accused's junior, the accused shall be guilty.of fornication,
<br /> punishable as a Class 4 misdemeanor.
