AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,500. FROM .THE GENERAL FUND <br />TO ESTABLISH A GIFT SHOP FOR THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM AND FINE <br />ARTS MUSEUM LOCATED IN THE 1846 COURTHOUSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the s~ of Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred and <br />00/100 ($15,500.)
