addition to the penalties provided herein,'the driyer's license <br />of such person may be suspended by the court er judge, for <br />a period not~to exceed ene year; provided, however, that in <br />any case where the speed of the accused ~s'determined to have <br />exceeded the maximum~allowed by fifteen (15) miles per hour <br />where the maximum speed is fifty-five (55) miles per hour or <br />greater, the driver's license shall be suspended by the court <br />or judge t.rying the case for a period of not le~s.than ninety ~90) <br />days. That Section 23-36 (c) be amended and reordained to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Section 23~36. Drivers to obey signs, signals, markings, lights. <br /> (c) Thefailure of such driver to obey such.signs,, signals, <br /> markings, or lights'or to co~ply with the provisions of this <br /> section shall constitute a traffic infraction. <br /> 5. That Section 23-36 (C) as amended and reordained <br /> herein shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br /> 6.
