ZONING ~ENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-84-6. <br /> <br />of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, -which now zones as Residential R-150, the <br />property described in petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-84-6, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Residential R-75-K (Conditional). <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br />Z-84-6 <br /> <br />ing: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of Twin Pines <br />Road and Hedgerow Lane projected; thence north- <br />westerly along the west right-of-way of Twin Pines <br />Road 422.58'; thence west 10'; thence northwest <br />along a curve to the left 120.96'; thence north- <br />westerly 1090.12'; thence southwesterly 45'; <br />thence southerly 480'; thence southwesterly 215'; <br />thence southerly 105'; thence southwesterly 70'; <br />thence southeasterly 640'; thence easterly 273~; <br />thence easterly 184'; thence northeasterly 145.50'; <br />thence easterly 359.16' re'the west right-of-way <br />of T~in Pines Road, the point of origin. <br /> <br />3. Zoning Amendment Z-84-6 is conditioned upon the follow- <br /> <br /> (a) That no more than seventy-three (73) single <br />family and/or duplex units will be constructed, and that same <br />will be in compliance with Group Housing Plan GHP-84-6. <br /> <br /> Ih) Ail units will be designed with a minimum of <br />one thousand (1000) square feet of living area. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />at a meeting held May 22, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
