AN ORDINANCE TO _~MEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 28 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO UNDERGROUND WIRES. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Article II of Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to read as follows: Article II. Underground wires. Section 28-19. Designation of Districts. (a) District I- Downtown Underground Utility District. Ail that portion of the City within the following described area is hereby designated as District I- Downtown Underground Utility District for underground wires: Beginning a~ a point at the intersection of the Port Warden Line of the southern branch of the Elizabeth River and the centertine of Queen Street extended; thence in a southerly direction along said Port Warden Line to the centerline of King Street extended; thence in a westerly direction along the centerline of King Street to the centerline of Effingham Street; thence in a northerly direction along the centertine of Effingham Street to the centerline of Queen Street; thence in an easterly di~e~tion along the centerline of Queen Street to the point of beginning. (b) District II- Glde Towne Underground Utility District. Ail that portion of the City within the following described area is hereby designated as District II- Olde Towne Underground Utility District for underground wires. Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerlines of Crawford Street and London Boulevard; thence west along the centerline of London Boulevard to the centerline of Washington Street; thence north along said centerline to the centerline of Crawford Parkway; thence easterly and thence southerly along said center- line to its terminus at the intersection of
