AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 24-151 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO FEES FOR <br />CITY SWIMMING POOLS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 24-15~ of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-151. Fees for City Swimming Pools. <br /> <br /> The Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby <br />directed to establish a fee schedule for admission fees <br />City swimming pools, such fee schedule to be submitted <br />the City Manager for approval and not to exceed the <br />following charges: <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Twelve (12) years of age and under ....... $ .50 <br />Thirteen (13) years of age and over ....... 75 <br />Annual Membership - twelve (12) years <br />of age and under ...... 5.00 <br />Annual Membership - [~[~[~ i[~i Q~ <br />of age and over 7.50 <br /> <br /> 2.
