AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $248,042. FROM THE SCHOOL <br />BOARD RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE FUND FOR THE SCHOOL <br />BOARD SELF INSURANCE PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Forty <br />Eight Thousand, Forty Two and 00/100 ($248,042.)
