AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $568,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SEAWALL RESTAURANT <br />PROPERTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Five Hundred Sixty <br />Eight Thousand and 00/100 ($568,000.)
