AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $480,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT OF UNDERGROUND <br />WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Four Hundred Eighty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($480,000.)
