AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,850,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING GARAGE <br />AT CRAWFORD AND HIGH STREETS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by~ the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Two Million., Eight <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 ($2,850,000.)
