SECTION <br />23-409.1(a) THEREOF, PERTAINING TO WEARING EARPHONES ~ILE <br />D~tVINGo <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Counsel of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that Section 23-409.1[a) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth~ Virginia, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 23-409.1. Wearing earphones while driving prohibited. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor <br />vehicle on any street or highway of this City while using <br />earphones on or in both ears.
