In addition to the foregoing, the City Manager may <br />suspend water servi'ce to any person violating the provisions <br />of this ordinance or the regulations promulgated hereunder. <br />If such water service is terminated, the person shall pay a <br />reconnection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) before service <br />will be restored. <br /> <br /> 6. The City Manager shall notify the Council when the <br />resource shortage is over and the emergency situation no <br />longer exists. <br /> <br /> 7.
