AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $602,800. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING <br />DESIGN SERVICES, GEOTECHNICAL EXPLORATION AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PHASE II <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LAKE KILBY WATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Six Hundred Two <br />Thousand Eight 'Hundred and 00/100 ($602,800.) Dollars <br />be, and the same hereby is appropriated from the Public <br />Utilities Capital Improvement Fund for engineering <br />design services, geotechnical exploration and <br />preparation of plans and specifications for Phase II <br />improvements to the Lake Kilby Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held July 22, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
