AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF <br />PLUMBING FIXTURES IN'THE PORTSMOUTH CITY JAIL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of One Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($150,000.)
