SECTION F-1901.4 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br />CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-1901.4: BURNING OPERATIONS. <br /> <br /> The burning of wrecked or discarded vehicles, or any <br />parts thereof, or junk, or any waste materials, or rubbish, <br />or debris, or dead and dying trees or limbs, or leaves, or <br />other natural growth is prohibited. <br /> <br />SECTION 12-21: Districts Where Storage of Flammable Liquids <br /> Above Ground Prohibited. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Article 28 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code adopted by this division, in which storage of <br />flammable liquids in outside above ground tanks is <br />prohibited, shall be those areas which from time to time are <br />specified for such purpose by ordinance, or which are <br />classified as being in M-2 Districts under the zoning <br />ordinance, except that residential structures existing in <br />such districts as of the effective date of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961 may have above ground fuel <br />oil and kerosene storage tanks in conformity with the zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 12-22: Districts Where Flammable Liquid Bulk Plants <br /> Prohibited. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Article 28 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code adopted by this division, in which new bulk <br />plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, shall be those <br />areas which from time to time are specified by ordinance, or <br />which are classified as being in any zoning district other <br />than the Industrial M-2 District under the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 12-23: Districts Where Bulk Storage Of LP Gas <br /> Restricted. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Article 30 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code adopted by this division, in which bullk <br />storage or liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, shall be <br />those areas which from time to time are specified by <br />ordinance, or Which are classified as being in any zoning <br />district other than the M-2 district under the zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 12-24: Where Storage of Explosives Prohibited. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Article 26 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code adopted by this division, in which storage of <br />explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, shall be all <br />areas within the corporate limits of the City except for such <br />areas covered by a valid use permit issued pursuant to the <br /> <br /> <br />
