1986-63 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-85-31 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Industrial <br />M-1 the property described herein, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential <br />R-60-K Conditional and that said property is hereby zoned <br />Residential R-60-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-85-31 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the west right- <br />of-way of Fitzgerald Street 270' south from <br />the south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boule- <br />vard to establish the true point of beginning; <br />thence south 180'; thence southeast along a <br />curve having a radius of 245' a distance of <br />384.85'; thence south 28.65' to the north <br />right-of-way of Elliott Avenue; thence easterly <br />along said right-of-way 254.41'; thence <br />northeasterly 485.43' to the south right-of-way <br />of Fitzgerald Street; thence west along said <br />right-of-way 602.06' to the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
