1986-57 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $360,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONVERSION OF UTILITIES IN THE OLDE <br />TOWNE SOUTH UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred <br />Sixty Thousand and 00/100 ($360,000.)
