AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $210,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />U~ILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR INSTALLATION OF TWO <br />DEEP WELLS (NOS. 4 AND 5) ON THE CITY'S WATER SHED IN <br />SUFFOLK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Two Hundred Ten Thousand and <br />00/100 ($210,000.)
