Light manufacturing or processing not otherwise named herein. Machine shops. Machine tool manufacture. Marina: A small harbor or boat basin providing dockage, supplies or services for small pleasure craft, including related facilities for display and sale of small pleasure craft. Nonconforming uses and structures as provided in Sections 40-32 and 40-38. Office buildings. Optical and scientific instrument, jewelry and clock, musical instrument manufacture. Pharmaceutical products manufacture. Plastics, molded products manufacture. Printing, publishing and reproduction establishments. Private clubs incidental to a permitted use. Public utility service and storage yards. Public utility transformer stations, transmission lines and towers, telephone exchanges, and sewage pumping stations. Radio and television stations and masts. Repair and servicing of office and industrial equipment in an enclosed building structure. Ship chandlers and supply houses. Sign manufacture, painting and maintenance, within a totally enclosed building structure. Signs. Stone cutting, monument manufacturing and sales. Storage yards incidental to a permitted use and when screened from view of all public streets by vegetative or masonry screening material. Tobacco products packaging and distribution. Wholesale and jobbing establishments. Woodworking shops, mill work. (c) Dimensional Requirements. (i) Minimum required front yard: Fifteen (15) feet. If a plot abuts a side street, fifteen (15) feet yard shall be required along the street frontage. (ii) Minimum ~equired rear yard: Five (5) feet. (iii) Minimum required side yard: Five (5) feet. If a plot abuts a side street, fifteen (15) feet yard shall be required along the street frontage. (iv) If the side or rear yard of a plot abuts a residential district, there shall be a yard of at least twenty (20) feet facing the ~esidential district.
