This resolution will be effective provided the <br />Councils of the Cities of Hampton, Newport News,-~- <br />Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Suffolk and the <br />Board of SupervIsors of the County of Isle of Wight <br />adopt similar resolutions or ordinances amending the <br />Articles of Incorporation of the Authority as se~ forth <br />above. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held October 14, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
