13 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF GLASGOW STREET. WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Portsmouth, Central Fidelity Bank, Olde Towne Medical Associates, Johnny $. Joannou and Chris K. Joannou, adjoining property owners of the hereinafter-described portion of Glasgow Street, have made application to dedicate the hereinafter-described portion of Glasgow Street to the City of Portsmouth; and WHEREAS, the to be In the best dedication. Council of the City of Portsmouth deems interest of the City to accept said it NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the dedication of the hereinafter-described portion of Glasgow Street by the adjoining property owners as a public street be, and the same hereby is, accepted, to-wit: Ail that certain piece or parcel of land, with its improvements, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, bounded and described as follows: Glasgow Street, more particularly identified as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southern right-of-way line of Glasgow Street and the eastern right-of-way line of Green Street; thence from said point of beginning running north 3° 30' 56" west 32' to a point, said point being the northern right-of-way line of Glasgow Street as it intersects the eastern right-of-way line of Green Street; thence running north 87° 5' 25" east along the northern right-of-way line of Glasgow Street a distance of 234.44" to a point; thence south 3° 30' 29" east 32' to a point; thence south 87~ 5' 07" west along the southern right-of-way line of Glasgow Street 234.44' to the point of beginning. ~Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held February 11, 1986.
