The name of the authority is THE SPORTS <br />AUTHORITY OF HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA and the address of its <br />principal office is 16 Koqer Executive Center, Norfolk, Va. <br />23502 <br /> <br /> 2. The Sports Authority of Hampton Roads, Virgin- <br />ia is created under Chapter 29, Title 15.1 of the Code of <br />Virginia of 1950, as amended. <br /> <br /> 3.
