AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $671,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR STREETSCAPE, PHASE III, BART AND SOUTH <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Six Hundred <br />Seventy-One Thousand and 00/100 ($671,000.)
