AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $405,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE MIMOSA ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Four Hundred Five <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($405,000.)
