The caretaker <br />of Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course may collect <br />the applicable resident fee from non-resident <br />members of the Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf <br />Association when such non-resident member has <br />been certified by the caretaker as having <br />provided the requisite volunteer time. <br /> <br /> 2.
