AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $20,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE SURVEYING OF THE ABANDONED CSX <br />RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Vir§inia, that the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($20,000.)
