The Assistant City Manager for Administration <br />and Finance is directed to hold the good faith check <br />submitted by the Underwriters at the time of the execution <br />of the Bond Purchase Ag reemen~ and to ~eturn such good faith <br />chec]~ to the Purchasers at the time of the delivery of and <br />payment for the Bonds or otherwise to apply such check in <br />accordance with the terms of the Bond Purchase Ag reemen~o <br /> <br /> 14. The City Attorney of the City is directed to <br />file a copy of this resolution, certified by the City Clerk <br />of the City to be a true copy hereof, with the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> 15. Ail ordinances, resolutions and proceedings in <br />conflict with the provisions of this resolution (including, <br />withou~ limitation, any such provisions specifying the <br />manner in which the Bonds are to be sold or requiring the <br />ratification by the Council of the sale of the Bonds and the <br />details thereof) are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> 16.
