(a) A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering and Technical <br />Services for review and approval. The site plan must show <br />a minimum of 16,400 square feet of fenced play area. <br /> <br /> (b) The fenced play area should be enclosed by a <br />minimum five (5) foot wooden privacy fence and all outdoor <br />play activities shall be conducted within the fenced play <br />area and between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m.. <br /> <br /> (c) Ail interior operations of the facility must <br />be conducted between the hours of 6:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. <br /> <br /> (d) The childcare center may be operated with an <br />enrollment of not more than eighty-two (82) children to be <br />cared for at the facility at any one time. <br /> <br /> (9) Ail health, fire and building codes must be <br />met prior to commencement of operation of this facility. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant shall comply with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, policies and regulations of <br />federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> 4. That the resolution granting a use permit to the <br />Virginia District Convocation of United Holy Church oi <br />America, Inc. to operate a childcare center at the former <br />Truxtun Elementary School adopted by this Council on June <br />24, 1986 shall be, and hereby is, recinded. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held February 24, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
