114 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC CONFERENCE TO BE HELD WITH <br />THE PORTSMOUTH DELEGATION TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA <br />AT THE BRIEFING CENTER, 3RD FLOOR, CENTRAL FIDELITY BANK <br />BUILDING ON DECEMBER 2, 1987 at 6:30 P. M. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth and the <br />Portsmouth Delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia will <br />hold its annual public conference for discussion of <br />Legislative Proposals for 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public is invited to attend and observe the <br />public conference and the discussion of the City's Legislative <br />Proposals for 1988. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that a public conference be held with <br />the Portsmouth Delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia <br />at the Briefing Center, 3rd Floor, Central Fidelity Bank <br />Building on December 2, 1987 at 6:30 P.
