1. The property behind "Building One" and the <br />property line on the western edge of the parking lot be <br />screened from the adjacent propersy with a proper <br />vegetative screen to be approved by the Downtown Design <br />Committee. <br /> <br /> 2~ The--parking-~o~, walkways~and--building-entrances <br />be lit in accordance with the final design to be approved <br />by the Downtown Design Committee. <br /> <br /> 3. The internal walkway system be either brick or a <br />concrete/brick combination in accordance with the final <br />design to be approved by the Downtown Design Committee. <br /> <br /> 4. A Certificate of Compliance be obtained from <br />Downtown Design Committee prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> 5. A standard site improvement plan be submitted to <br />the Department of Engineering and Technical Services for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br /> 6.
