BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward a copy of this resolution to <br />the Mayors and Members of Council of the cities of <br />Chesapeake and Suffolk, the General Assembly delegations <br />from the cities of Portsmouth, Chesapeake and Suffolk and <br />the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 14, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
