(UP-87-12) BEGINNING at the northeast intersection of Palmer Street and Deep Creek Boulevard; thence northerly along the east right-of-way of Deep Creek Boulevard 75'; thence easterly 100' to the west right-of-way of an alley; thence southerly along said alley to the north right-of-way of Palmer Street; thence west along said right-of-way to Deep Creek Boulevard, the Point of Beginning. The use permit is approved subject to the fcllowing conditions: (a) The child daycare center may be operated with an enrollment of not more than thirty-eIght (38) children to be cared for at the facility at any one time. (e) The applicant shall provide four (4) on-site parking spaces. (f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, policies and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain all necessary licenses and permits.
