6O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO THE CHRISTIAN ANTIOCH <br />CHURCH OF GOD TO OPERATE A CHILD DAYCARE CENTER AT 2200 <br />PALMER STREET. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Joe Vinson, Chairman of the Deacon of Trustees <br />for Christian Antioch Church of God, has made application <br />pursuant to ~40-75 (b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, for the granting of a use permit to operate a <br />child daycare center at 2200 Palmer Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have <br />done all things required to be done in connection with said <br />application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning <br />conditional granting of a <br />child daycare center. <br /> <br />Commission has recommended the <br />use permit for the operation of a <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the use for which the use permit is sought: <br /> <br /> (a) Will not adversely affect the health and <br />safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of <br />the proposed use; <br /> <br /> (b) Will not be detrimental to <br />injurious no the property or improvements <br />neighborhood; and <br /> <br />the public use or <br />in the <br /> <br /> (c) Will be in accordance with the purposes of the <br />Zoning Chapter of the City Code° <br /> <br /> 2. Christian Antioch Church of God is hereby granted a <br />use permit pursuant to §40-75 (b) of the City Code to operate <br />a child daycare center at 2200 Palmer Street (Tax Map 119, <br />Parcels 23, 34 and 36), the activity to be conducted in the <br />educational portion of the existing Church structure, such <br />parcel being more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
