NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth authorizes the City to assume <br />responsibility for the payment of seventy-five percent <br />(75%) of all garage costs and expenses as defined in the <br />Development Agreement, as amended, up to the sum of six <br />hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars ($675,000). <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 28, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
