(3) The use of Parcel 2 shall be limited to an <br />automobile storage yard as that term is defined herein. <br /> <br /> (4) Upon expiration of the lease agreement between <br />the City of Portsmouth and Wesley Frye [or the use of Parcel 2 <br />the Droperty will revert back to Residential R-75 Zoning <br />District. <br /> <br /> (5) Automobile Sto~age Yard, as used herein, is <br />defined as a building or parcel of land used for short term <br />storage of automobiles, light trucksr small trailers, <br />recreational vehicles and small boats.
