ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-88-2 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made <br />a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones Parcel 1 as described herein <br />as Commercial C-1 and Parcel 2 as described herein as <br />Residential R-75 is hereby amended and changed so as to show <br />Parcel 1 and 2 of said property zoned as Commercial C-2-K <br />Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the east side of Deep <br />Creek Boulevard 210' north from its <br />intersection with Elliott Avenue; thence <br />northerly along Deep Creek Boulevard 185' <br />+ to a point; thence easterly 65' +; <br />Thence southeast 160' ~; thence westerly <br />144' to the east right-of-way of Deep <br />Creek Boulevard, the Point of Origin. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the east side of Deep <br /> Creek Boulevard 105' + north from its <br /> intersection with the--north right-of-way <br /> of Elliott Avenue and thence east 204' <br /> and thence northwes~45' to establish the <br /> true point of begihhing; thence northeast <br /> 89.99'; thence northwesterly 36.87'; <br /> thence southwesterly 98.47'; thence <br /> southerly 80.80' to the tu~e Point of <br /> Beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. zoning Ordinance .Amendment Z-88-2 is conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Parcel 1 shall be used for an automobile <br />storage yard as that term is defined herein and any other uses <br />permitted in the C-1 Zoning District. <br /> <br /> (2) All signage for the Parcels 1 and 2 shall <br />comply with the C-1 sign regulations as provided for in the <br />Zoning Chapter of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
