AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $585,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF AN INDUSTRIAL ACCESS <br />ROAD GRANT FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF HARPER ROAD IN THE <br />PINNER'S POINT AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand <br />00/100 ($585,000.)
