AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $2,700,000. FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE 1988 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Million, Seven Hundred Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($2,700,000.)
