AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $183,500. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE MOUNT HERMON STREET AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PHASE VI. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand <br />Five Hundred and 00/100 ($183,500.)
