layout as approved and shall show the following: <br /> <br />(I) Name and location of subdivision, name and <br />eddress of record owner and subdivider, date of <br />drawing~ true north peint~ scale and a location map <br />with a minimum scale of one thousand (1,000) feet To <br />the inch. <br /> <br />(2) Tract boundary lines, right-of-way lines of <br />s~reets, easements and other rights--of--way and <br />property lines Of lots: with accurate dimensions and <br />bearings.
