SECTION 33-74 [RESERVED] <br /> <br />33-75 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The final subdivision plat shall be prepared by a professional <br />engineer or land surveyor licensed by the Commonwealth of <br />Vir~inia. It shall be- a clearly and legibly drawn <br />reproducible tracing in black India ink a~ a scale <br />of one hundred (i00) feet to the inch. For <br />subdivisions within the city, the size of the sheet <br />shall De no smaller than eight and one--half (8 1/2) <br />by thirteen (13) inches. If several sheets are <br />necessary, they shall all be of the same Size, and <br />ma%ch points shall be clearly indicated. After the <br />final plat has ~een approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Chapter and if such final plat <br />exceeds a maximum slze of seventeen (17) by twenty <br />two (22) inches, the subdivider shall, at his own <br />expense, cause the final plat to be reduced to a <br />size not to exceed Seventeen (17) by twenty-~wo (22) <br />inches. NO final plat~ nor a copy or reduced copy <br />thereof, will ~ presented for records%ion to the <br />office off the'~ler~ or the circuit court if the plat <br />is larger than seventeen (t7) Dy twenty--two (22) <br />inches. Nothing in this section shall be construed <br />~o relieve the ~ubdivider of the requirements in <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The final plat Shall contain the certificates and <br /> <br />Chapter.
