SECTION 3S-54 [RESERVED] 33-55 FINAL PLAT APPROVAL (a) The subdivider shall, within one year after preliminary plat approval by the Planning Commis- sion, apply in writing for approval of the final subdivision plat and submit for file five (5) pap~2~ copies of the plat and one reproducible tracing of the plat; and he shall submit a fee with the application as required by Article V of this Chapzer. The final subdivision plat shall be submitted in accordance with Article IV of this Chapter. Approval of the final devetopmen~ subdivision plat shall be evidenced within thirty (30) days on the face thereof by the signazures of the Planning Director (or the Principal Planner) and the City Engineer (or Assistant City Engineer). Such approval shall not be given until a bond or other security is posted and an agreement filed in accordance with Section 33--32 of this Chapter. (d) The subdivider may file for final approval of a portion of the approved preliminary subdivision plat which he proposed to record. Any substantial change in the proposed final subdivision plat from the approved preliminary plat shstl constitute grounds for referral of the plat by the Planning Director to the Planning Commission at its nex~ regular meeting. (f) At each regular Commission meeting the Planning Director shall repor~ on the approval of final development subdivision plats. It shall be unlmwful for anyone ~o alter a final subdivision plat after the Planning Director and the City Engineer have affixed their signazure~ thereto, without their permission in writing, and a plat so altered withou~ written permission shall be PORTSMOUTH SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE -- PAGE 25
