ARTICLE II. <br /> <br />STANDARDS <br /> <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />33-11 UNSUITABLE LAND <br /> <br />Land which ~he Planning Commission has found ko be unsuitable <br />for subdivision due to flooding, bad draina~e~ or other <br />features likely ~o De harmful to the safety, welfare, and <br />general health of the future residen%s, and which the <br />Planning Commission considers inappropriate for subdivision, <br />shall not be subdivided, unte~s adequate ~emedies are form- <br />ulated by the developer and appmoved by the City Engineer and <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />33-12 CONFORMANCE TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />A proposed subdivision shall conform generally to ~he re- <br />quirements of the comprehensive plan of the City.
