A street primarily designed to <br />provide circulation and thoroughfare within a subdivision. An <br />internal collector street may also be required to se~e as <br />access %o abutting properties or lots and to connect with <br />s~ree%s in adjoining subdivisions- <br /> <br />STREET, MARGINAL ACCESS. A street, generally paralleling and <br />contiguous to a main thoroughfare designed, primarily, ~o <br />promote safety by providing free access to adjoining property <br />and limited access to the main thoroughfare- <br /> <br />STREET, MINOR. A street primarily designed to provide access <br />to abutting properties or lots within a subdivision but may <br />also connect with streets in adjoining subdivisions. <br /> <br />STREET, PUBLIC. An existing street or platted street <br />dedicat~=d and accepted for the use of the general public, <br />graded and paved or to be graded and paved in order that <br /> <br />for all normal purposes of ~ravel, transportation or parking <br />%0 which it is adopted and devoted. <br /> <br />STREET WIDTH. The shornest distance between the lines which <br />delineate the right-of--way of a street. <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION.
