AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 40-209 (C) THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO APPEALS TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1o That ~40-209 (c) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 40-209. Appeals. <br /> <br /> (c) A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for processing such <br />appeal shall be paid into the City Treasury and receipt <br />attached to the appeal when filed. <br /> <br /> 2.
